The main two-story house is set back from the road, through a gated driveway. It sleeps up to 7 people and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sleeping loft, kitchen, living room, laundry room, and private pool and outdoor dinning area.

The freestanding building directly in front of the main house features four separate apartments, each with a private entrance. The two upstairs apartments are 1 bedrooms and the two downstairs are studios. Each apartment sleeps 2 people.
